I love curry, but for a long time I wasn't confident making it. I worried about whether I was using the right ingredients, following the right methods, or whether what I made was even “real” curry.

The more I learned, the more I realized that curry isn't about following one perfect recipe. It's about flavor, possibility, and learning to trust your own taste.

I created The Curry Handbook to make that process easier. It's the kitchen guide I wanted when I was learning, filled with ingredients, spices, methods, preparation tips, and space to experiment.

Now instead of asking, “Am I doing this right?” I can ask my favorite question:

“So... what are we making?” 💜
